Our mission is to harness the power of the human + canine bond to inspire resilience and recovery in people affected by crisis, trauma or disaster, and the responders who help them.
After finishing school in the Seattle area Chef Al moved to Anchorage in 1984. During his 30 year tenure he made his mark in three area hotels, Clarion Hotel, Hotel Capt Cook and Alyeska Prince Hotel. Al was the opening Chef for Glacier Brewhouse in 1996 Al then moved on to own and operate Kincaid Grill and Bridge Seafood in 2003 and 2011 Respectively. Al is also involved in a partnership at the iconic City Diner. In 2013 Chef Al relocated to Santa Rosa California and still remains active in day to day operations of his Anchorage area restaurants.
